Where we deliver
Online checkout currently supports addresses in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain. Spanish postcodes beginning with 35 or 38 are treated by checkout as Canary Islands addresses. If your destination is not available in checkout, please email us before placing an order; we cannot promise delivery to an unsupported address.
Shipping prices
The current website checkout rates for one Egyptian Chess set are shown below. For orders containing more than one set, checkout multiplies the relevant per-set rate by the number of sets selected. For example, two sets are charged twice the listed one-set shipping rate. The final shipping amount displayed by checkout at the time you place your order is the amount that applies.

Rates can change. Always check the amount shown immediately before payment. The shipping amount covers the delivery charge shown at checkout; it does not include import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance/handling charges unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly says they are included.
Order processing and delivery estimates
We aim to prepare and dispatch paid orders promptly. Any delivery estimate shown during checkout or in your order confirmation is the estimate for your order. Delivery times can vary due to the destination, postal network, customs checks, weather and other events outside our control. A specific dispatch or delivery time is binding only where we expressly agree it with you.
If no delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law continues to apply. For UK consumer sales, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless another period has been agreed.
Delivery address and tracking
Please check that your name, address and postcode are correct before completing payment. If tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information in the dispatch notification. Please contact us promptly if a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or does not arrive within the advised time. Keep the outer packaging and take photographs of any damage where possible.
Customs and import charges
International shipping prices do not include import VAT, customs duties or fees charged by customs authorities or the carrier, unless the checkout or order confirmation explicitly states otherwise. Read our Import Taxes & Customs Policy before ordering internationally.
