2. Products and information
We sell the physical Egyptian Chess game set. Product descriptions, photographs and illustrations are provided to help you understand the product. Minor differences in colour or appearance can arise from screens, lighting or production, but this does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are not as described.
3. Prices, shipping and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The product price currently displayed on the site is £49.99 per set. The shipping price for the destination entered is shown during checkout before payment. Shipping is calculated per set by multiplying the applicable one-set rate by the quantity ordered. Any VAT that we are required to collect on that sale is included in the displayed prices or shown separately as required by law. The final checkout shows the amount payable to us for the product and shipping before you pay. International import charges may be payable separately; see our Import Taxes & Customs Policy.
Payments are processed through the Stripe-hosted checkout. Your order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms successful payment. We may contact you if information is missing or a delivery address cannot be served. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
4. Order and delivery
Please check your order summary and delivery address before paying. Order confirmation and dispatch information will be sent using the contact details provided. Delivery estimates and available destinations are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Our Shipping Policy explains current destinations, shipping charges and delivery information.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Consumer cancellation rights, returns and refunds are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.
6. Website use and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website text, branding, artwork, game materials and original content are owned by or licensed to AEC4KIDS LTD. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and download manuals supplied for use with the game. You must not reproduce, sell, publish or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except where the law permits it.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its security or use it for unlawful purposes. External links and third-party services are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or policies.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to an order are those presented when you place it, subject to applicable law.
